Digital Health Technology for Improving Physical Function in Adults With Chronic Heart Failure: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials

Results:
共纳入20项RCT,共5293名参与者。DHT干预显著改善6MWD(平均差[MD] 17.61 m,95%置信区间9.84-25.39;P<.001)和峰值VO₂(MD 0.85 mL/kg/min,95% CI 0.70-1.00;与对照组比较P<.001)。亚组分析显示,综合混合远程康复模型在生理学上显著益处,异质性可忽略不计(I²=0%),而独立应用干预则表现出高度异质性和无显著趋势。DHT还显著降低了症状相关的生活质量负担(MLHFQ:MD –5.63;但对每日步数(P=0.37)和整体健康状况(KCCQ:P=.95)的影响不一致。<不良事件未报告显著增加。
