ABSTRACT
Choroid metastases represent a unique clinical challenge, threatening vision and overall prognosis. This case examines a 34-year-old male presenting with acute onset unilateral vision loss ultimately determined to be choroidal metastasis from non-small cell lung carcinoma. His treatment regimen involved an aggressive oligometastatic approach incorporating chemotherapy, immune checkpoint blockade, anti-angiogenics, and stereotactic radiosurgery with robust and durable response.
