ABSTRACT

China has gradually stepped into an aging society, and the demand for medical care is increasing, especially in large and medium-sized cities with large and medium-sized population. 5G network has the performance of high broadband, large connection and low delay. Combined with the current pre-hospital emergency system, 5G network can improve the quality of pre-hospital treatment and bring a new opportunity for the development of pre-hospital emergency. This article describes the pre-hospital intelligent emergency care platform supported by 5G technology. The vital signs and data of the patients are transmitted to the hospital emergency command center in real time to realize seamless data integration with the emergency department in the hospital and remote expert consultation, and the whole first aid front is moved forward through real-time treatment guidance and timely feedback. the pre-treatment quality and rescue success rate were improved the pre-hospital treatment mode of "admitted to the hospital as soon as they get on the bus" was demonstrated.
