ABSTRACT

with the continuous progress of science and technology in China, big data, cloud computing, Internet of things and other technologies have been widely used and promoted. The emergence of health care big data provides important data support for the hospital to carry out asset protection, clinical diagnosis, chronic disease monitoring and disease analysis, further promotes the sustainable development of the hospital and provides high-quality medical services for patients. Therefore, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the current situation and countermeasures of health and medical big data management and governance, and strengthens the management of health and medical big data by continuously strengthening the security management of big data information, applying multi-source heterogeneous health and medical big data platform, ensuring the quality of medical data, continuously improving the application ability of big data information, and enhancing users' awareness of health and medical big data. Then, this paper also proposes to build a governance guarantee system of health care big data, which aims to build a health care big data governance system to promote the sustainable development of hospitals from the establishment of a platform, the improvement of system management, the strengthening of talent introduction and the application of new technologies.
