ABSTRACT

Our manuscript discusses the importance of designing the digital mental healthcare ecosystem through the combinational approach of user-centered design and community engaged research. As the world is redesigning their mental health care due to COVID-19, this manuscript will offer a roadmap on how to use important elements of design to promote the highest levels of engagement with digital mental health services.
