Application of Echocardiography Information Data Monitoring in Treatment of Left Ventricular Circulation Disorder

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study is to explore the application of Echocardiography Information Data Monitoring in Treatment of Left Ventricular Circulation Disorder. In this study, healthy male BALB/c mice are used as research objects to establish ascending aorta constriction model, to carry out echocardiographic and hemodynamic examinations, to establish ascending aorta de-constriction model in mice, and to carry out echocardiographic and hemodynamic examinations. The results showed that, compared with sham-operated group, Left Ventricular End Systolic Diameter (LVESD), Left Ventricular End Diastolic Diameter (LVEDD), Interventricular Septal (IVS) and Left Ventricular Posterior Wall (LVPW) in constriction group increase significantly. LVESD, LVEDD, IVS and LVPW of mice in early and late de-constriction groups decrease significantly, and the decrease degree in early de-constriction group is greater than that in late de-constriction group. Compared with the sham operation group, the Left Ventricular Diastolic Pressure (LVDP) in the constriction operation group is increased significantly at 9 and 15 weeks after operation. Level of Left Ventricular Systolic Pressure (LVSP) is increased significantly at 3 and 9 weeks after operation. The LVSP decreases to some extent at 15 weeks after operation, but is higher than that in sham operation group. The +dp/dtmax (maximal rate of the increase of left ventricular pressure) decreases significantly at 3, 9 and 15 weeks after operation. The -dp/dtmax (maximum rate of the decrease of left ventricular pressure) decreases significantly at 3, 9 and 15 weeks after operation. Compared with the constriction operation group, the LVDP, LVSP, +dp/dt max and -dp/dt max in the early and late de-constriction groups are significantly improved. In this study, ascending aorta coarctation model and descending aorta coarctation model are successfully established, which verifies the value of echocardiography information data monitoring in treatment of left ventricular circulation disorders and the evaluation of surgical treatment.
