Application of Radiofrequency Ablation in Treatment of Tachyarrhythmia based on CartoUnivu and Carto3 Intelligent System
ABSTRACT
In order to study the X-ray dose of radiofrequency ablation in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) and ventricular premature beats and ventricular tachycardia (PVC/VT) arrhythmias based on CartoUnivu and Carto3 intelligent system, experimental methods are used to treat paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) and ventricular premature beats (VT). Patients with ventricular tachycardia (PVC/VT) arrhythmia are studied. Patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) and ventricular premature beats and/or ventricular tachycardia (PVC/VT) under Carto Univu and Carto 3 system are analyzed and studied by X-ray in thyroid, perineum, left upper arm, intrathyroid, extrathyroid, intrathoracic, extrathoracic, internal perineum and external perineum. The results show that radiofrequency ablation guided by Carto-3 system has a lower X-ray exposure dose than Carto Univu in most parts of PSVT patients. Radiofrequency ablation guided by Carto Univu performs better than Carto 3 at X-ray level in most parts of patients with PVC/VT. In conclusion, the radiofrequency ablation guided by Carto 3 system has less X-ray radiation for patients with PSVT, while radiofrequency ablation guided by CartoUnivu system has lower X-ray radiation for patients with PVC/VT.
