Associations of Peripheral Blood DNA Methylation of mTOR Signaling Network Genes and Post-treatment Fatigue in Prostate Cancer
ABSTRACT
We identified 14 differentially methylated CpG sites within mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTOR) pathway genes that were significantly associated with post-treatment fatigue in blood samples from prostate cancer participants, warranting further investigation into the role of mTOR signaling in the fatigue phenotype.
