ABSTRACT

Using publicly available 2024 VISUCHIR benchmarking indicators, we performed an ecological comparison of national private-sector values with 4 early-adopter departments implementing the Betty Coaching perioperative digital therapeutic and observed higher same-day discharge (all urology 59.0% vs 51.5%), shorter mean inpatient length of stay (2.6 vs 3.6 days), and a more favorable VISUCHIR-reported 5-year evolution of the 30-day readmission indicator (−19.6% vs −4.3%), with similar patterns in oncologic urology and oncologic gynecology.
