Online Representation of Psoriasis in Patients with Skin of Color

ABSTRACT

Psoriasis presents differently in patients with skin of color, leading to potential underdiagnosis. This study analyzed online images of psoriasis on Google Images, Instagram, and YouTube and determined a lack of representation of darker skin types.
