ABSTRACT

Raising awareness about the importance of data file formats used in AI tools is essential. Although ChatGPT-4 demonstrates notable proficiency in the Japanese national nursing examination, performance discrepancies across different file formats highlight critical insights for the evaluation of generative AI. Establishing standardized reporting protocols is vital to advancing the integration of AI in nursing education and practice.
