ABSTRACT

Tech companies proposed methodologies for capturing populations mobility patterns during the SARS-CoV-2 2020 pandemic. In our work, we report a converged aspect in data collected by Apple, Google, and Meta upon 10 countries with distinct mobile operating system market penetration. We describe the data similarity as a manner to validate collection methodologies, turning mobility trends as a powerful tool to be used as a public health asset.
