Patient Privacy Protection in the Application of Medical Artificial Intelligence: Challenges and Countermeasures
ABSTRACT
With the widespread application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the medical field, patient privacy protection faces new challenges. This paper explores the main issues of patient privacy protection in medical AI applications, including privacy risks in data collection, storage, sharing, and usage. It analyzes the limitations of existing legal, technical, and ethical frameworks and proposes targeted countermeasures. By integrating technical measures, policy regulations, and ethical norms, this paper aims to provide feasible solutions for patient privacy protection in the development of medical AI.
