Research on Information Sensing for Measuring Endometrial Cancer by Magnetic Resonance Imaging

ABSTRACT

This paper explores the 3.0T magnetic resonance (MRI) image for measuring the characteristics of endometrial cancer, and evaluates the value of MRI plain scan plus enhanced combined diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) in preoperative staging information sensing of endometrial cancer. The paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 202 patients with endometrial cancer who were admitted to the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2014 to August 2018. All patients in this group underwent MRI. The study found that 202 patients with endometrial cancer were confirmed by surgical pathology: 131 patients in stage IA, 28 patients in stage IB, 15 patients in stage II, 3 patients in stage IIIA, 16 patients in stage IIIB, 4 patients in stage IIIC1, 1 patient in stage IIIC2, and IVA stage There were 1 case and 3 cases in IVB stage. Therefore, it can be concluded that, in endometrial cancer, the coincidence rate between 3.0TMRI preoperative staging and postoperative pathological staging is high, and it can be used as a routine examination before endometrial cancer patients, thus providing objective basis for clinical decision-making.
